Dynamic VM Management

Addressing the challenge of managing 8000 virtual machines, a strategic solution was crafted using Morpheus data, resulting in a Python-based microservice that efficiently deployed virtual machines, leading to a substantial reduction of 2000 idle resources and a refined baseline of 6000, with a seamless migration of 20 major configuration pools.

Implemented a strategic analysis of multi cloud utilization, identified and resolved lingering resources post-builds, and developed a script for automated cleanup, leading to a monthly cost reductions.

Successfully executed a year-long, multi-step migration plan, upgrading over 7000 resources from the aging Electric Commander to CloudBees CD/RO on Kubernetes, ensuring minimal downtime and preserving critical infrastructure integrity.
